I now know how stimuli in my daily environment connect to my unaddressed trauma. I am able to attend to not just the symptoms, but the source of my challenges. I am doing a deep analytical dive on myself in order to learn to change my own behavior. I am integrating the sources of my trauma and becoming stronger every day.
